During registration using the app, a message appears saying: “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR” and I am unable to complete registration.

This will reset the wi-fi module in the Effegibi product to its original status, before configuration. Once you have done this, you will be able to reconfigure your product.

If you have a sauna, make sure it is plugged into the main and the SAUNA function is not activated, then press the COLOUR CHANGE button in quick succession and then the MOOD button. Next press the COLOUR CHANGE button and keep it pressed down until the REMOTE led flashes twice.

If you have a Hammam, make sure it is plugged into the main and the HAMMAM function is not activated, then press the MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE button in quick succession and then the MINIMUM TEMPERATURE button. If you have connected your product manually and you intend to use it remotely, you have to carry out another configuration. Open the drop-down menu in the Effegibi app and select “Configure new wi-fi connection”. The app will show you all the wi-fi connections available (the Effegibi wi-fi connection will not be visible), select the wi-fi connection in your home and insert the password, making sure you enter it correctly. Do not select any “suggestions” which your mobile phone might give, even if the actual password is one of these “suggestions”.
A message will appear on the screen “Connecting to the XXX network, please wait”. Once it has connected, the app will return to the page with all the available wi-fi connections. Just press “BACK/QUIT” until you get back to the STANDBY page. If the product’s control panel is displayed on the page and your product is shown under “Products:” in the drop-down menu, it is a good idea to check it is working properly. To test the product, just press one of the buttons on the control panel on the STANDBY page. If the Effegibi product executes the action, configuration is complete. If, for any reason, the product does not execute the action, repeat the manual configuration procedure. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

To enable the product to work using the app, first you must activate the relevant light on the control panel of the Effegibi product. If it is a sauna, make sure the SAUNA function is not activated and then keep the SAUNA key pressed down until the REMOTE led lights up. Once it has lit up, open the app and select any of the selectable commands on the STANDBY page to see if the product actually executes it. If it is a Hammam, switch the control panel on using the ON/OFF button. Once the panel is on, keep the ON/OFF button pressed down until the HOME icon comes on (a small house appears on the Hamman control panel). Once the HOME icon is on, open the app and select any of the selectable commands on the STANDBY page to see if the product actually executes it. If it does not, you need to reset and reconfigure the product; if, after reconfiguration, the app still does not work, contact customer service.

The Effegibi wi-fi module connection is called “effegibi-ffff….”.

The name of the Effegibi wi-fi module connection is always: “effegibi-XXXX….” where the Xs are numbers. If you see “ffff...” please contact customer service as a matter of urgency as the wi-fi module must be replaced as soon as possible.

• With the ECC in AP mode, get close to the wi-fi router with the tablet and check that the ECC wi-fi signal is at least 50%.

• Check that no other electronic devices are interfering with your wi-fi network when they are switched on (e.g. microwave ovens, cordless telephones, baby monitors).
• Move the wi-fi router closer to the product or use a range extender. If the products are at the limit of the wi-fi cover range, it may be difficult for them to reconnect.

What interior fittings can I have in my Turkish bath?

The interior fittings include bench seats in resin, treated wood or Plexiglass (the seat must be about 45 cm above the floor) or brickwork seating can be built, in which case a small channel must be fitted behind the seat to collect and drain the condensate that forms on the walls.

A second, or “safety” probe monitors the functioning of the sauna and if any problems occur, it cuts off the heat at 120° C, the maximum temperature permitted by current regulations.
All Effe saunas are built in compliance with EC safety regulations.

It is a feature of our wi-fi module that it does not show the Effegibi connection once the device is connected to it. To verify this, just open the app and check that the control panel of the Effegibi product associated with the app appears on the STANDBY page.
